Rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% tax.
Rates exclude breakfast.
Price includes airport transfer in luxury minibus.
Minimum stay 3 nights in High and Low season and 10 nights in Peak Season.
Baby cot and high chair can be provided upon request and availability.
Booking is confirmed after receipt of a 30% deposit.
The balance of your booking must be paid by bank transfer before arrival, or locally in
Thai baht upon arrival. If the balance is not paid in time we reserve the right to cancel
your booking, retain your deposit and apply cancellation charges as set out below.
A 10,000 THB refundable deposit must be paid to the management company upon arrival.
Guests are responsible for arranging at the time of booking personal and medical travel insurance.
Cancellation conditions:
Deposit will be retained if guests cancel more than 30 days prior to departure.
Full payment will be required for any cancellation within 30 days prior to departure.
